Screenshots multiply fast — a bug report becomes six images, a tutorial becomes fifteen, expense receipts become a month's worth of phone photos. Sending them as loose files guarantees they arrive out of order, get renamed by messaging apps, or half of them go missing. Binding them into a single PDF fixes all three problems: one file, fixed order, opens everywhere.

Size expectations: the PDF is roughly the sum of its images, so twenty full-resolution phone screenshots can produce a hefty file. If the result is too large to email, run it through the PDF compressor — or shrink the images first with the image compressor.
